Job Description

Are you a highly energetic individual with a knack for quick thinking and efficient movement? Premier Inn is seeking a dedicated Hotel Runner to join our dynamic team in Warrington. This fast-paced role is crucial to the smooth operation of our hotel, ensuring that guests receive prompt service and all departments are adequately supplied. You’ll be on your feet, moving around the hotel, and making a real difference in the daily experience of both guests and colleagues. Key Responsibilities

  • Rapidly respond to guest requests, delivering items such as extra towels, amenities, or room service orders.
  • Assist in the timely delivery of luggage for arriving and departing guests.
  • Transport supplies and equipment between various hotel departments (e.g., kitchen to restaurant, laundry to housekeeping).
  • Proactively identify and address potential logistical bottlenecks.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams.
  • Ensure all deliveries and collections are logged accurately and efficiently.
  • Support hotel operations with various ad-hoc tasks as required to maintain service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications
