Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Branding Assistant to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is pivotal in supporting our global branding initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact across all visual and communicative touchpoints. You will work closely with the Brand Strategy and Creative teams to maintain Netflix’s iconic image and assist in various projects that reinforce our brand identity worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative global entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of global brand guidelines and asset libraries.
- Support the Brand Strategy team in researching industry trends and competitive landscapes relevant to brand positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Help prepare presentations and reports on brand performance and initiatives.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and proper usage.
- Provide administrative support to the branding department as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of design principles and brand identity concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems.
- Passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of the Netflix brand and content.
