Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Weekend Remote Chat Support Agent. This is a 100% text-based, part-time position where you will provide exceptional support to AT&T customers from the comfort of your home. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support, ensuring a positive and efficient resolution through our online chat platform. This role requires strong typing skills, excellent written communication, and a dedication to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance to customers via text-based chat.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing, account management, technical troubleshooting, and service information.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and policies.
- Adhere to schedule and attendance requirements for weekend shifts.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar.
- Proficient typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate various software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
