Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries regarding MTN products, services, and billing.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through resolution steps.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free from distractions.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
