Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Fishing Lure Painting Assistant, where your creativity and attention to detail will bring our next generation of fishing lures to life. This role involves hand-painting, airbrushing, and assembling various components to create realistic and enticing finishes for our premium fishing lures. You will work closely with our production team, contributing to the visual appeal and quality that Eagle Claw is known for. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with an artistic eye and a desire to work with their hands in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed hand-painting and airbrushing techniques on fishing lure bodies according to design specifications.
- Prepare lure surfaces for painting, including cleaning and priming.
- Assemble various lure components such as hooks, eyes, and split rings.
- Inspect finished lures for quality, ensuring adherence to color accuracy, finish consistency, and overall craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure proper handling of paints, solvents, and other materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Assist in color mixing and paint preparation as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handwork.
- Basic artistic ability or experience with painting, model making, or similar crafts.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with small components.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
