Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Admin at CrossFit Norman. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and administrative tasks, providing exceptional service to our members, and contributing to the positive atmosphere of our box. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage member check-ins, class registrations, and scheduling.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with new member onboarding, including explaining membership options and facility guidelines.
  • Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and update member accounts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces.
  • Assist with merchandise sales and inventory management.
  • Communicate important announcements and updates to members.
  • Support coaches and management with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic community atmosphere.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a fitness or recreation setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CrossFit methodology and culture.
  • Experience with gym management software (e.g., Zen Planner, Wodify).
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
