Job Description

Zendesk is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Email & Chat Support Agent to join our growing customer success team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in tech support without prior experience, as comprehensive paid training will be provided. Your primary role will be to provide exceptional support to our customers exclusively through email and chat channels – absolutely no phone calls are involved. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting common issues, and guiding users through our products with clear, concise, and friendly communication. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product questions, and account-related problems.
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions and solutions to help customers effectively use Zendesk products.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when necessary.

  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices.
