Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused High School Sales Clerks to join our boutique gift shop team in Irvine. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain valuable retail experience in a vibrant and stylish environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining an inviting store aesthetic, and assisting with daily operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering assistance and product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and gift displays.
- Assist with restocking merchandise and managing inventory.
- Learn about our diverse product range to help customers find perfect gifts and items.
- Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure the store is always presentation-ready.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards.
