Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Efficiently prepare and serve food items, snacks, and beverages according to established guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, including food prep areas and customer service counters.
- Restock inventory as needed to ensure continuous product availability during peak times.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
- Resolve minor customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

- Basic math proficiency and experience handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Current Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain one).
