Job Description

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and freshness of produce delivered to our customers, contributing directly to our mission of providing the best food possible. Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and inspecting fresh produce (e.g., fruits, vegetables, flowers) directly from our greenhouse partners.
- Identifying and removing any produce that does not meet quality standards.
- Packing sorted produce into appropriate containers for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean and organised sorting area.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Operating basic sorting equipment safely and efficiently after training.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot quality discrepancies.
- Good physical stamina, capable of standing, lifting (up to 20kg), and bending for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of English for safety and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or agricultural setting (not required but a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
