Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Google Operations Aide to join our remote team, supporting various operational functions across the UK. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to gain experience within a fast-paced technology environment and contribute to the smooth execution of critical projects. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Google’s high standards. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to various Google teams and projects.
  • Assist with data entry, data validation, and report generation using internal tools.
  • Monitor operational dashboards and flag anomalies or issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines for team members.
  • Prepare presentations, documents, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Process and track invoices, expenses, and procurement requests.
  • Respond to internal queries and provide first-line support for operational workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
