Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Google Support Specialist to join our remote team, serving users across all states in the USA. This role is crucial for providing top-tier technical and customer service support for various Google products and services. You will be the first point of contact for users, diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive experience. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global brand from anywhere in the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for Google products and services (e.g., Google Workspace, Android, Chrome, Google Ads) via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users, escalating complex problems to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear communication and user understanding.
  • Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Google product features, updates, and support policies.
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation to improve overall support efficiency.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Google products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically and effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a patient and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
