Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ad Traffic Scribe with a strong marketing focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous entry, monitoring, and quality assurance of ad campaign data, ensuring seamless execution across various platforms. This is a critical support role for our marketing and advertising operations, requiring exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies. As a 100% remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States while contributing to high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain ad campaign data, including creatives, targeting, and flight dates, into our ad trafficking systems.
- Monitor live ad campaigns to ensure proper delivery, adherence to specifications, and compliance with company policies.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks on all ad creatives and campaign setups before launch.
- Proactively identify and report any discrepancies, technical issues, or errors related to ad traffic.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ad operations, and creative teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Generate and distribute routine traffic reports, providing insights into campaign performance and delivery.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of ad trafficking processes and campaign specifications.
- Assist in the development and optimization of ad trafficking workflows and best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and review.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or ad operations support role.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA).
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
