Job Description

As a Catering Prep Hand, you will be a vital part of our kitchen operations, ensuring our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. This is an immediate start, full-time position with opportunities to develop your skills in a professional kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workstation and equipment.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Receive and store deliveries, checking for quality and freshness.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods.
- Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.

Preferred Qualifications
