Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Casino Limo Driver to join our VIP transportation team. This role is crucial in delivering an unparalleled luxury experience for our most valued guests, ensuring safe, punctual, and comfortable travel to and from our resort and other destinations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a pristine driving record, exceptional customer service acumen, and the ability to work a flexible night and weekend schedule. As a key front-line representative, you will uphold the resort’s reputation for excellence and discretion, significantly contributing to guest satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, on-site position offering competitive compensation, including generous tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport casino VIPs and high-value guests to and from Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino, McCarran International Airport, and other specified locations.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times, ensuring punctuality and responsiveness.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable limousine at all times, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting guests with luggage, opening and closing doors, and offering a discreet and comfortable environment.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and travel details.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or issues.
- Represent Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino with professionalism, courtesy, and a polished appearance.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Valid Nevada Class C driver's license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, rideshare, valet, delivery).
- Excellent knowledge of Henderson, Las Vegas, and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a discreet and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or executive driver.
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
- Knowledge of multiple languages.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operations and maintenance.
