Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Flyer & Brochure Folder to join our busy print shop team in Brandon, Manitoba. This entry-level, full-time position requires an immediate start and is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent manual dexterity, and are looking for hands-on experience in a professional printing environment. The primary responsibility will be accurately folding various printed materials, ensuring they meet our quality standards and client specifications. You will play a crucial role in the final production stages, contributing to the timely and precise delivery of client orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately fold a high volume of flyers, brochures, newsletters, and other printed materials according to precise specifications.
- Operate basic folding machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on all folded materials to ensure accuracy, alignment, and adherence to client standards.
- Organize and prepare finished materials for packaging and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the print shop.
- Assist with other light production tasks as needed, such as cutting, collating, or binding.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
