Key Responsibilities
- Assist FedEx Ground drivers with the loading and unloading of packages from delivery vehicles.
- Support drivers in navigating routes and identifying delivery locations.
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential customers' doorsteps.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during package handling and delivery.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Organize packages within the delivery vehicle for optimal route efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs regularly, and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a delivery or warehouse environment (not required, but a plus).
- Familiarity with the Pasco, WA area.
