Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable 17-year-old teens for immediate, temporary construction cleanup roles. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, work in a dynamic environment, and earn a high hourly rate. If you’re eager to work, punctual, and can follow instructions, we want you to join our team for projects in the Jersey City area. Subito means ‘immediately’ – we’re looking for quick starts!
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum work areas.
- Organize and stack materials neatly.
- Assist in loading and unloading tools and equipment.
- Dispose of waste materials according to site guidelines.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, bending, and reaching.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and promptly.
- Punctuality and commitment to assigned shifts.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety (training will be provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in any manual labor or cleanup role (e.g., yard work, household chores).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
