Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Hooping Assistant to join our fast-paced production team in Chorley. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing garments for embroidery by accurately hooping them onto our state-of-the-art machinery. This position requires excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently to meet daily production targets. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently hoop a variety of garments (e.g., shirts, jackets, caps) onto embroidery machines.
- Prepare garments for hooping, including proper alignment and placement according to job specifications.
- Inspect garments for quality defects before and after the hooping process.
- Monitor embroidery machine operation to ensure continuous and smooth production flow.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation.
- Work collaboratively with the embroidery team to achieve daily production goals.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed to support overall operations.
