Job Description

Are you passionate about sustainable tourism, hospitality, and working in a stunning natural environment? Bingham Riverhouse is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Eco-Tourism Lodge Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and provide a warm, personalized welcome.
  • Support the daily operations of the lodge, including front desk, guest services, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across guest areas, public spaces, and assigned accommodation.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring a high standard of presentation and guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in the organization and execution of eco-friendly guest activities and experiences (e.g., guided walks, local tours, sustainability workshops).
  • Monitor and report on lodge inventory, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked while minimizing waste.
  • Support minor maintenance tasks and ensure all facilities are in excellent working order.
  • Act as a local ambassador, providing guests with information about the local area, sustainable practices, and nearby attractions.
  • Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, customer service, and environmental sustainability.
