Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trailers.
- Accurately sort, stack, and move products according to established procedures.
- Operate various material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing freight to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the distribution center.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications
