Job Description
Join Streck as a Clean Room Warehouse Associate and become an integral part of our highly controlled laboratory environment. You will be responsible for the precise handling, storage, and distribution of sensitive materials within our clean room facility, ensuring that all products meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate receiving, inspection, and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods within a certified clean room environment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) in a clean room compliant manner.
- Maintain strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes with exceptional accuracy and care, ensuring product integrity.
- Monitor and record environmental conditions (temperature, humidity) as required.
- Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of the clean room and warehouse areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory reconciliations.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to optimize material flow.
- Identify and report any non-conforming materials or procedural deviations immediately.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or laboratory setting.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of and willingness to adhere to clean room protocols (gowning, contamination control).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an ISO or GMP regulated environment.
- Previous experience in a clean room or sterile environment.
- Forklift certification or experience operating similar material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.
