Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized WFH Netflix Liaison with a strong professional communication focus. In this crucial role, you will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless and effective communication between our operations and the Netflix account team. Your expertise in clear, concise, and professional communication will be paramount in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and relaying important updates accurately and promptly. This is a 100% remote position that requires a proactive individual capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary communication liaison between our internal teams and the Netflix account representatives.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries, requests, and escalations from the Netflix team.
  • Draft and send professional, clear, and concise communications via email, chat, and other platforms.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate, detailed records of communication for reporting.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely, accurate responses.
  • Identify potential communication gaps or inefficiencies and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Participate in regular virtual meetings with the Netflix team to discuss performance, updates, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Ensure all communications adhere strictly to brand guidelines and professional standards set by both Teleperformance and Netflix.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to draft professional, grammatically correct, and concise correspondence.
  • Strong active listening and comprehension abilities to understand complex requirements.
  • Proficiency with various communication tools, including email clients, instant messaging (e.g., Slack), and video conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
  • High level of attention to detail in all communication and documentation.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing, liaison, or specialized customer support role.
  • Familiarity with the entertainment, streaming, or digital media industry.
  • Experience with project management software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, information, and client needs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
