Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all customers and patients with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers and patients in understanding product options and navigating the dispensary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dispensary environment, including shelving and display areas.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Verify customer and patient identification to ensure compliance with all state regulations.
- Restock shelves and manage inventory under supervision.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing accurate information or directing to appropriate staff.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state compliance laws.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge or interest in cannabis products and their applications.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
