Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Farm Hands to join our expanding team across East Anglia. This is a direct hiring opportunity, offering stable employment close to your home. As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our partner farms, assisting with various agricultural tasks to ensure efficient and productive farming practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with crop cultivation, including planting, harvesting, and field maintenance.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in animal care duties, such as feeding, watering, and monitoring animal health (where applicable).
  • Perform general farm maintenance, including fencing, repairs, and tidying of farm premises.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support team members with various ad-hoc tasks as required.
