Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and evaluate recorded or live customer service interactions based on established quality guidelines.
- Document findings and provide constructive feedback on call quality, adherence to procedures, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and evaluated interactions.
