Key Responsibilities
- Assemble burgers and other menu items accurately and efficiently according to McDonald's standards and customer orders.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, and toasters.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of ingredients as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment.
