Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote YouTube Partner Support Specialist to join our global team. This is a work-from-home position focusing primarily on text-based and email communication. You will be instrumental in providing exceptional support to YouTube creators and partners, helping them navigate platform policies, resolve technical issues, and optimize their channels. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate text-based and email support to YouTube partners and creators regarding a wide range of inquiries.
- Assist partners with channel monetization, content ID claims, copyright issues, and policy compliance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to channel management, video uploads, live streaming, and analytics.
- Educate partners on YouTube best practices and new platform features to help them grow their channels.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of help articles and internal knowledge base resources.
- Stay up-to-date with YouTube policy changes, product updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English, with a strong emphasis on clarity, grammar, and tone.
- Proven experience in a customer support or partner relations role, preferably in a tech or media environment.
- Strong understanding of the YouTube platform, its features, and creator ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and common office productivity tools.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience supporting online content creators or small businesses.
- Familiarity with digital rights management or content monetization principles.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
