Job Description

Are you a meticulous listener with a keen eye for detail? AT&T is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Tulsa as a Customer Service Evaluator. In this casual, part-time role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our customer interactions. You’ll be listening to recorded customer service calls, evaluating them against established guidelines, and helping us identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to recorded customer service calls and interactions.
  • Evaluate call quality based on defined rubrics and performance standards.
  • Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement in agent performance.
  • Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback to improve customer service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during evaluations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
