Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts efficiently.
- Arrange extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and recording minutes as needed.
- Handle highly confidential information and sensitive documents with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for the executive as required, ensuring their personal affairs are managed seamlessly to support their professional focus.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, and compile reports as requested.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both physical and digital.
Required Skills
- Proven experience supporting senior-level executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
