Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service via phone, chat, and email channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products and services, including Windows, Office, Xbox, and cloud solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new releases and features.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to process enhancements.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Empathy and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and cloud computing (e.g., Azure, OneDrive).
