Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Search Quality Rater with an SEO focus to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the relevance and quality of search results related to EA Games content across various platforms. You will evaluate search results based on specific guidelines, providing critical feedback that helps improve algorithms and user experience. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality and relevance of search results for specific queries related to EA Games titles, content, and services.
- Apply detailed rating guidelines consistently to assess accuracy, comprehensiveness, and user intent of search outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback and examples to improve search engine algorithms and SEO strategies.
- Analyze and interpret search engine optimization (SEO) factors impacting result quality.
- Identify trends and patterns in search behavior and content performance.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to maintain high inter-rater reliability.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.
