Job Description
Join the Target team in Ghent, Norfolk, as a Clothing Tagging & Sensor Remover. This critical full-time role involves precise and careful handling of apparel items, ensuring they are accurately tagged and ready for display or shipment. You will be responsible for removing security sensors and applying price tags or other labels as required, primarily in a sit-down work setting. Attention to detail and efficiency are key to maintaining our high standards of product preparation. This is a vital support role within our retail operations, contributing directly to the smooth flow of merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately attach price tags, labels, and other necessary identifiers to clothing items.
- Efficiently remove security sensors from merchandise without causing damage.
- Inspect items for quality and report any defects or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with other light duty tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic literacy skills (reading labels, following instructions).
