Job Description
Are you passionate about beauty and love engaging with people? Ulta Beauty is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Beauty Brand Ambassador to join our team for in-store demonstrations. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a retail environment, have a knack for sales, and genuinely enjoy connecting customers with the latest beauty trends and products. You’ll be the face of our featured brands, conducting engaging product demonstrations, educating customers, and driving sales. If you have a natural ability to captivate an audience and a deep understanding of beauty products, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative in-store product demonstrations for a variety of beauty brands.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
- Actively engage with customers, answering questions and providing personalized recommendations.
- Drive product sales through effective demonstration and persuasive communication.
- Maintain an organized and appealing demonstration area, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with store management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare, or haircare.
- Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm, capable of attracting and engaging customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during demonstrations.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 15 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a brand ambassador or demonstrator.
- Cosmetology license or relevant beauty certifications.
- Strong social media presence and understanding of beauty trends.
- Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish).
