Job Description
Are you a 15-year-old who loves spending time online and has a knack for spotting what works (and what doesn’t) on websites and apps? UserTesting.com is looking for enthusiastic 15-year-olds to join our remote team as Online Website Testers! This unique opportunity allows you to share your honest opinions and insights on various digital products, helping companies make their online experiences better for users like you. You’ll participate in moderated and unmoderated tests, providing valuable feedback that directly influences product development. This is a flexible, part-time contract role, perfect for earning some extra money while making a real impact from home. This is a 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and interact with websites, apps, and prototypes as instructed.
- Provide clear, articulate, and honest spoken feedback while completing assigned tasks.
- Identify usability issues, bugs, and areas for improvement.
- Complete short questionnaires and surveys about your testing experience.
- Communicate any technical issues or questions promptly.
Required Skills
- Must be exactly 15 years old.
- Reliable access to a computer (desktop or laptop) with a stable internet connection.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating websites and applications.
- Ability to communicate thoughts clearly and audibly in English.
- A keen eye for detail and an honest opinion.
- Ability to follow instructions carefully.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for technology and digital products.
- Experience playing online games or regularly using various social media apps.
- Curiosity and a willingness to explore new digital experiences.
- No prior professional testing experience required – just a desire to share your perspective!
