Job Description

Join Truist as a Part-Time Bank Teller and become a vital part of our client service team in Wesley Chapel. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Truist, providing exceptional service, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
  • Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate banking products, services, or specialists.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operational tasks as needed.
  • Educate clients on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Customer service experience (preferred, but not strictly required for motivated individuals).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
  • Familiarity with banking software and systems.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
