As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Truist, providing exceptional service, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate banking products, services, or specialists.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operational tasks as needed.
- Educate clients on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Customer service experience (preferred, but not strictly required for motivated individuals).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with banking software and systems.
- Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
