Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apple Business Consultant to join our corporate client team in Warm Springs, Fremont, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our corporate clients through the strategic adoption and integration of Apple products and solutions within their enterprise environments. You will leverage your deep understanding of Apple’s ecosystem, coupled with strong business acumen, to identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and drive successful deployments. This position focuses on fostering long-term relationships and expanding Apple’s footprint within our corporate client base, with significant bonus potential tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Apple products and solutions for corporate clients, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, and associated software/services.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings with clients to understand their business challenges, IT infrastructure, and strategic objectives.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals for Apple-based solutions, demonstrating clear ROI and alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for integrating Apple devices into existing enterprise systems (MDM, directory services, security, networking).
- Stay current with Apple product roadmaps, new features, and competitive landscape.
- Act as a trusted advisor, building strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and contribute to new client acquisition strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, with a focus on driving Apple solution adoption.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting with a focus on Apple solutions for enterprise.
- Deep knowledge of the Apple ecosystem, including hardware, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and enterprise management tools.
- Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including security, networking, and device management (MDM).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales or consulting targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (ACTC) certifications.
- Experience with major MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE).
- Familiarity with various industry verticals and their unique IT challenges.
