Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, services, and general banking needs.
- Identify opportunities to advise clients on RBC products and services that meet their financial goals.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
- Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Balance cash drawer daily and accurately.
- Promote a positive and professional image of RBC to all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance client satisfaction.
