Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding their accounts, services, and general banking needs.
  • Identify opportunities to advise clients on RBC products and services that meet their financial goals.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
  • Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Balance cash drawer daily and accurately.
  • Promote a positive and professional image of RBC to all clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance client satisfaction.
