Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and support requests via chat and email platforms, focusing on text-based communication.
  • Utilize AI tools and knowledge bases to provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with AI development teams to provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements for AI models.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on product knowledge and AI tools.
