Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven AI SEO Content Strategist to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. This 100% remote role is pivotal in leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced SEO techniques to drive organic traffic, enhance content performance, and accelerate HubSpot’s growth initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy, from ideation to optimization, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify content opportunities.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate content ideas, optimize existing content, and scale content production efficiently.
- Manage the content lifecycle, including planning, creation, publishing, promotion, and measurement, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated at every stage.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, product marketing, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive content experiences.
- Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary platforms, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, SEO, content marketing, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
- Educate and guide internal teams on SEO best practices and AI content generation techniques.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in SEO strategy, content marketing, and growth hacking.
- Strong understanding of AI tools for content generation, optimization, and analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse).
- Expertise in keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable content plans.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organic traffic and achieve measurable SEO results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects and website architecture.
