Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, FL. This vital role supports our daily operations by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across various tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-$28 per hour, along with a full benefits package, reflecting our commitment to our employees’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring data security and easy retrieval.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agenda distribution, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring necessary resources are always available.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to team goals and objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a healthcare or corporate administrative setting
  • Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems
