Job Description
Join Kimberly-Clark as a Production Warehouse Worker, providing essential manufacturing support to ensure the efficient flow of goods. This vital role involves a variety of tasks crucial to our production process, from material handling to quality checks and inventory management. You’ll work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing directly to the delivery of high-quality products to our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas.
- Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials and products.
- Assist with the setup and operation of production machinery as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure compliance with standards.
- Package finished goods according to specifications and prepare for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Preferred Qualifications
