Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to join our team in Arlington Heights. This vital role, internally recognized as ‘Project 15’, is critical for ensuring the smooth execution of back-office processes and supporting our client service operations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in data management, documentation, and operational efficiency, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence and high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage various operational documents and data with meticulous accuracy.
- Perform precise data entry and verification into internal systems and databases.
- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts, transactions, and financial records.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to identify and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed to achieve objectives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
