Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently transport goods, packages, and materials between shipping/receiving docks and designated storage areas.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using manual methods or basic equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or packing lists.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment on the shipping dock.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
