Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and feeding assistance as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient's health status or behavior to supervisory staff.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment.
- Help patients with medication reminders, as directed by a healthcare professional.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document services provided accurately and timely.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role (personal or professional).
- Completion of a Home Health Aide (HHA) training program or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
