Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our dedicated team at the Little Rock Marriott. As a Chauffeur, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to our discerning guests, including VIPs, executives, and event attendees. This role requires impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, discretion, and an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction. You will represent the high standards of our hotel, ensuring a seamless and luxurious travel experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from various destinations, including airports, business meetings, and local attractions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, inside and out.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working order.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, offering courteous and professional service.
• Plan optimal routes, considering traffic and weather conditions, to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain a detailed log of trips, mileage, and maintenance.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times, including adjusting climate control and providing amenities as requested.
• Exercise utmost discretion and confidentiality regarding guests' privacy and sensitive information.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance, enhancing their overall experience.
• Communicate effectively with hotel staff regarding guest schedules and special requests.

Required Skills

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional chauffeur or executive driver.
• Excellent knowledge of Little Rock and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
• Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a polite and professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, limousines).
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of multiple languages.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or executive transportation services.
