Job Description

In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in supporting individuals as they navigate their personal and professional development journeys. You will facilitate engagement, provide encouragement, and connect participants with resources to help them achieve their specific goals and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and group online support sessions to program participants.
- Monitor participant progress, identify challenges, and celebrate achievements.
- Assist in creating personalized action plans focused on individual 'personal best' goals.
- Guide participants to utilize Kaplan's online resources and tools effectively.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and goal-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records of participant interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with senior coaches and program managers to optimize participant outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices in personal development and online coaching.
