Job Description
We are seeking a highly discreet and observant individual to join our team as a Secret Shopper for a luxury bridal retail environment in Topeka. This crucial part-time, weekend role involves evaluating the customer experience, service standards, and brand presentation within a high-end bridal boutique setting. You will provide invaluable feedback that helps us maintain and elevate the premium experience our brand represents. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for luxury service, and the ability to articulate observations clearly and constructively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to designated luxury bridal boutiques during weekend hours, acting as a genuine prospective client.
- Rigorously evaluate all aspects of the customer journey, from initial greeting and showroom presentation to product knowledge, sales assistance, and fitting room experience.
- Pay close attention to staff professionalism, attentiveness, adherence to brand standards, and overall atmosphere.
- Document observations thoroughly and accurately using a provided checklist and qualitative feedback form.
- Submit detailed, objective, and timely reports following each secret shopping visit.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of the assignment and the information gathered.
- Adhere strictly to all instructions and guidelines provided for each shopping scenario.
