Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Apple Home Consultant to join our dedicated support team in Dundee. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance and guidance to Apple customers regarding their HomeKit-enabled devices, HomePod, Apple TV, and other home ecosystem products. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple HomeKit-enabled devices, HomePod, Apple TV, and related software.
  • Assist customers with setup, configuration, and optimization of their Apple home ecosystem.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues through various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for using Apple home devices.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in a CRM system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support tiers when necessary, ensuring proper hand-off and follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Apple products, software updates, and emerging smart home technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold Apple's high standards of customer service.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
