Job Description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (Junior) to join our corporate support team in Brickell, Miami. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in a fast-paced financial environment, supporting senior executives and contributing to the smooth operation of our corporate functions. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and on time.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by senior executives.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
- Support office management duties, including ordering supplies and liaising with building services.
Required Skills
